Host your event at a unique and beautiful winery! Where else can you bring your guests where you not only have a beautiful indoor space, but you would have an incredible outdoor space with a covered pavilion, a vineyard to explore, ample grounds to roam and gorgeous views from a patio and deck?! ​

Things to Know:​​

• Private rentals are available on weekdays (M-Th) only with the exception of the weekend dates listed at the bottom of this page.​

• Weekday (M-Th) private rentals are available for the full property only. 

• For the months of May-October, private rentals for available weekend dates may be for: (1) the full property, (2) tasting room space only, or (3) pavilion space only. Please inquire about the spaces available for your event.

• For the months of November-April, private rentals are available for the full property only.

• The outdoor pavilion can accommodate up to 80 seated guests with the outdoor tables and chairs provided. More guests can be accommodated with other seating arrangements.

• Indoor tasting room can accommodate up to 45-48 seated guests or up to a maximum of 60 mingling guests.

• You choose and reserve your own caterer or food truck.  (Note: Caterers must be self-sufficient and provide their own tables, equipment and any needed equipment for cooling/heating.)

  • Our kitchen is closed during full-property private rentals.​

• You choose and reserve rental for your choice of tents, podium, decorations, additional tables & chairs, etc.

• Indoor restrooms and our merchandise area are shared with the public (with the exception of private rentals of the full property).

• Weekday (M-Th) Hourly Rental of Full Property:

  • ​January - April = $150/hour

  • May - October = $175/hour ​

  • November - December = $150/hour

• Weekend (F-Su) Hourly Rental of Full Property:

  • ​January - April = $175/hour

  • May - October = $225/hour ​

  • November - December = $175/hour

• Weekend (F-Su) Private Rental of Indoor Tasting Room Only (May-October only) = $150/hour 
             (Available weekend dates are listed at the bottom of this page.)

• Weekend (F-Su) Private Rental of Outdoor Pavilion Only (May-October only) = $175/hour 
            (Available weekend dates are listed at the bottom of this page.)

RENTAL INCLUDES:​

• A one-of-a-kind property for your event and guests!

• Bartenders throughout the full duration of your event.

• Tables and chairs

• Access to two handicap-accessible restrooms.

• Free Parking

• One hour of set-up time.

• 30 minutes of take-down & clean-up time.

• No charge for professional pictures taken on the property - including vineyard and lakeview!

• Ability to bring in your own food, caterer or food truck.

• Personal decorations are allowed, including outdoor event tents & chairs.

• We are also willing to consider special requests that you may have. Inquire with us and we would love to work with you on how we can make your experience memorable and enjoyable

REQUIREMENTS:​

• ​A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due with a signed copy of the rental agreement to reserve the day and time.

  • A credit card will be put on file at this time for any non-payment or incidentals as listed and described in the rental agreement.

• $400 minimum bar tab.

• All beverages, including alcohol, pop, juice, etc. must be purchased from us and are put towards the minimum bar tab.

• Wine is served by the glass only. Beer and cider is served by the can only.

• Full rental payment and bar tab must be paid the day of the event. 

• Venue rental fees may be made by cash or credit card only.

• 20% service charge applied to all charges

• A 3.99% credit card fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. 

• No outside alcoholic beverages allowed. If outside alcohol is brought in by any of the guests, the security deposit will be surrendered and the renting party will be charged $250 for each offense.

• There will be a $100 convenience fee for special requests of alcohol that we do not currently serve at the winery. The renting party will be charged for all product ordered, at our per-serving retail price, whether it's all used or not. Minimum quantities of special alcohol orders may also apply. (Note that we cannot allow any alcohol to leave the premises other than off-sale purchases of Vintage Escapes Winery wines.)   

• Clean up must be completed immediately.

• Any cleanup or event continuation that exceeds 30 minutes beyond the agreed rented time will result in an additional $250/hour rental fee.

• No glitter, confetti or fake rose petals.

• Pets are allowed outside, but no pets allowed in the tasting room. Pets must be friendly, leashed, accompanied and picked up after.

• Additional details will be provided in the rental agreement.
